Well behaved dogs welcome, 2 dogs maximum - $15 additional per night, per dog plus add $50.00 per dog to security deposit and add $25.00 to cleaning fee per animal. All animals must be declared prior to check in. No cats please.  Dogs are NOT allowed on the furniture or on the bedding, nor are they allowed to be left unattended in the house, unless kept inside a crate/kennel. 

Please note that any rental that spans a holiday weekend will include the whole weekend.  Holiday weekends are a three night minimum. 

No streaming of any kind is allowed due to limited satellite data and any streaming overage charges on the WiFi will be charged to the guest.  


Small, intimate weddings can be accommodated at the Chalet, call for more information and pricing.


Reservations & Cancellations

Please note that we require a deposit of $400 before we can confirm a reservation.  Reservations and payment can be made directly with us over the phone with a credit card or by mailing in a check.  Checks would be made payable to: Iron Horse Unlimited and mailed to PO Box 1048 Mt. Shasta, CA 96067.

Cancellations or changes can be made up to 60 days before arrival date for a full refund minus a $25.00 processing fee.  Within 60 days of arrival date, we have to resell any dates reserved before refunding any monies paid.  Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Cleaning fee rates are subject to change at any time for any reason.


Method of Payment   

We accept payment with a  personal check drawn on a US Bank, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express

Check in time is 4 PM (Due to Covid 19 - we are taking extra precautions to ensure the house is thoroughly disinfected so Check in time is now not before 5 PM)  
Check out time is 11 AM
